My perfect onigiri. Okay, so they weren`t really the first batch. These came out after I figured out how to set my rice cooker to "cook" rather than "warm". Also, rice is much like flour, in that when it`s wet, its like glue. The trick to not plastering your hands with it as you form them is wetting your hands with water. The green stuff is seaweed, called nori here.
